THE GRAPHIC RECORDING
PROCESS
1.A group talks about a challenge.
2.They identify a need for a creative and engaging graphic
solution.
3.The Graphic Facilitator interviews the group seeking to
clarify outcomes.
4.The Graphic Faciliator has an idea and proposes a way
forward.
5.The Graphic Facilitator works with the group to develop
the event agenda and information template concepts.
6.During the meeting the Graphic Facilitator records all
information visually on large sheets of paper or with a tablet
PC for web-conferencing.
7.At the end of the meeting a digital camera records pictures
of each image.
8.The pictures of each sheet are cleaned and formated to
uniform standards for high-resolution printing.
9.The final digital images are inserted into reports, websites,
or educational material for delivery to clients and participants.
